Minister, in February the Prime Minister announced plans for emergency assistance concessional loans of up to $100,000 to small businesses following a natural disaster. Can the minister explain to the House why bushfire-affected small businesses in New South Wales are not receiving the assistance the Prime Minister promised to provide?
