I refer the minister to his historic apology in the House yesterday to men and women in the Australian Defence Force and Department of Defence who have suffered sexual or other forms of abuse. What steps are being taken to deliver ongoing reform and make sure there is zero tolerance within Defence for inappropriate conduct in the future?
