I refer the Prime Minister to her many statements in this House and elsewhere that she has always been in favour of pricing carbon. How does the Prime Minister reconcile those statements with the revelation in Tales from the Political Trenches that she wrote to former Prime Minister Rudd, in 2010, saying that she vehemently opposed fighting another election on introducing a price on carbon?
