Is the minister aware that if you are born Aboriginal in this country you are 15 times more likely to end up in prison? Given programs run by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander legal services have been proven to cut crime and reduce reoffending, will incarceration rates increase as a result of the government ripping $13 million out of Indigenous legal services?
