(6) (a) to (c) The Health and Ageing Portfolio cost recovery arrangements are as follows: Medical Benefits Scheme and Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme are at Attachment A. National Industrial Chemicals Notification and Assessment Scheme is at Attachment B. Therapeutic Goods Administration fees and charges increased by 3.4 per cent on 1 July 2011 and 5.6 per cent on 1 July 2012. Council Administration Levy The Council Administration Levy imposes a cost of 70c per annum on single policies and $1.40 per annum for couples or family policies.
