Senator Bob Carr: The Minister for Defence has provided the following answer to the honourable senator's question: (1) to (6) Defence is unable to locate any records relating to the attendance of departmental representatives at meetings with Tenix executives, the Tenix subsidiary in the Philippines and Philippines Government representatives regarding the company's successful bid to supply search and rescue vehicles to the Philippines Coast Guard between 1996 and 2004.
