Senator Chris Evans: The answer to the honourable senator's question is as follows: Available evidence indicates that the Fair Work Act is working as intended. However, the Government notes concerns raised by some stakeholders. The scheduled review of the Fair Work Act will provide an opportunity to further examine the evidence relating to the operation of the Fair Work Act.
