Senator Abetz asked the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Jobs and Workplace Relations, upon notice, on 21 September 2011: Are all aspects of the Fair Work Act 2009 working as intended; if not: (a) what sections or aspects of the Act are not working as intended; (b) what has the Government done to correct these areas; and (c) how does the Government intend to correct any areas of concern.
