Senator Arbib: The Minister for Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs has provided the following answer to the honourable senator ' s question: The table below was provided to the Minister by the Registrar of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations (the Registrar). The table sets out on an individual state/territory basis the details of how many notices were issued by the Registrar under section 439-20(1) of the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006, for the 2008-09, 2009-10 and 2010-11 financial years.
