Senator Cash asked the Minister representing the Minister for Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, upon notice , on 12 September 2011: How many notices under section 439-20(1) of the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 were issued, listed on an individual state/territory basis, in each of the following financial years: (a) 2008-09; (b) 2009-10; and 2010-11.
