Given that the financial statements reveal that the HSU had a total deficiency in shareholder funds of $174,076 in 2010, the year that Mr Thomson quit as national secretary, does the minister believe that it was appropriate for Mr Thomson to spend thousands of dollars of union funds on escort services?
