When will the Prime Minister finally take responsibility for the robodebt disaster and admit he was the social services minister who announced the illegal robodebt scheme in 2015, he was the Treasurer who announced $2 billion in savings from the illegal robodebt scheme in 2016 and he was the Prime Minister who agreed to pay $1.2 billion to the victims of his illegal robodebt scheme?
