Why has the Prime Minister commissioned a review of the review of the review of the review of the failure to award a Victoria Cross to Tasmania's Teddy Sheean? Will the Prime Minister now do the right thing and support the unanimous independent recommendation that recently went to the government, but was overturned, that Teddy Sheean be given a Victoria Cross posthumously without delay?
