Senator KITCHING (Victoria) (14:09): The Attorney-General has claimed that the government had legal advice supporting the robodebt program designed by Mr Morrison during his time as social services minister. It has been reported that the only advice was about procedural fairness under administrative law from a junior legal officer. Is this correct?
