Can the Prime Minister confirm that, over the last fortnight, his divided and unstable government has (1) lost its majority, (2) been divided on climate policy, (3) voted for a white supremacist slogan and (4) descended into civil war over whether or not Malcolm Turnbull should go to Bali? Dr Phelps is here in the House. Can the Prime Minister please explain why Mr Turnbull is no longer Prime Minister of Australia, for once?
