Mr CLARE (Blaxland) (14:17): My question is to the Prime Minister. The trade minister said today, about people impacted by the cuts to penalty rates, 'It's only those on the margins.' Why does this government think that a wage cut of up to $77 a week for nearly 700,000 low-paid Australian workers is just a marginal issue?
