Mr ZAPPIA (Makin) (14:25): Madam Speaker, my question is to the Prime Minister. I refer to ACOSS analysis which shows that the Prime Minister's changes to pension indexation will leave single pensioners $160 per fortnight worse off after 10 years. Prime Minister, how is a reduction of $160 per fortnight not a cut to pensions and not a broken promise? Government members interjecting— Opposition members interjecting— The SPEAKER: There will be silence on my left! Mr Butler interjecting— A government member interjecting— The SPEAKER: The member for Port Adelaide will desist, and whoever he is interjecting with will also desist.
