Mr CONROY (Charlton) (14:51): My question is to the Prime Minister. I refer to the statement by the Treasurer of New South Wales that the cuts to pensioner concessions were a cruel and callous cut which would burden pensioners. Why should pensioners suffer cruel and callous cuts to their concessions because of the Prime Minister's broken promises?
