Senator GALLAGHER (Australian Capital Territory—Minister for the Public Service, Minister for Finance, Minister for Women, Manager of Government Business in the Senate and Vice-President of the Executive Council) (14:30): Based on that time frame, it would have been a different minister, if a minister was made aware of that two years ago. I'll see what I can find from the point that Minister Burney took on the responsibilities just over a year ago, but I have no doubt that Minister Burney, once briefed on these concerns, would have taken action. I'll see what I can come back to the chamber with in terms of that information as soon as I can. My apologies that I'm not in a position to answer it today.
