Ms GILLARD (Lalor—Prime Minister) (14:01): To the Leader of the Opposition's question, I refer him to the answers given by the Deputy Prime Minister yesterday and what the budget papers reveal. I think he is making the same error or engaging in the same deliberate confusion as the shadow Treasurer was yesterday between face value and market value.
