I refer the Prime Minister to a statement on 20 September by former High Court Judge Michael Kirby which said: … if a person is aware of a serious crime and doesn't report it to the police, that is what we call misprision of a felony; if there is a felony, you have to report it, it is a citizen's duty. Why did not the Prime Minister herself report the fraud involving the Australian Workers Union Workplace Reform Association that she helped establish?
