Is the minister aware of comments by the President of Deaf Children Australia, Leonie Jackson: It is naive to believe that a private provider could deliver this diverse level of service to Australian children with hearing loss, given Australian Hearing’s buying power, and the high cost and low returns of providing these services especially in regional and remote locations. Is Ms Jackson correct?
