Senator MOORE (Queensland) (12:38): I seek leave to make a short statement. The PRESIDENT: Leave is granted for one minute. Senator MOORE: In the last budget, Labor delivered $31.5 million to deliver clinical and training facilities in Cooma, Bega and Moruya. Labor increased funding for rural clinical schools, delivered accommodation and opened new schools. The last budget Labor handed down represented an increase in funding of almost 350 per cent for rural programs compared to the last year of the Howard government. Question agreed to.
