Note: For paragraph (b), the Defence and Strategic Goods List contains exemptions relating to technology or software in the public domain and to basic scientific research. (5) Clause 4, page 6 (lines 18 and 19), omit the definition of supply, substitute: supply: (a) includes supply by way of sale, exchange, gift, lease, hire or hire‑purchase; and (b) in relation to DSGL technology—includes provide access to DSGL technology.
