Senator Abetz asked the Minister representing the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, upon notice, on 23 August 2012 : With reference to the answer provided to question no. EW0277_13, taken on notice during the 2012-13 Budget estimates hearing of the Education, Employment and Workplace Relations Legislation Committee, can details be provided of all other advice provided by the department, including: (a) the date; (b) the nature of the advice, for example, legal or departmental; (c) who provided the advice; and (d) to whom it was addressed.
