Given that the government's fiscal recklessness has resulted in a $120 billion black hole in the federal budget, that the carbon tax will slug new home builders $5,200 per home and we have a growing housing shortage of over 228,000 homes, how can anyone believe this government when it comes to delivering on its housing commitments?
