Senator Ludlam asked the Minister representing the Minister for Defence, upon notice, on 16 August 2012: Can the Minister confirm whether the department, its subordinate agencies or service branches: (a) has previously used; (b) currently uses; or (c) is considering using, the TrapWire surveillance system.
