(2) The Australian Capital Territory provided false data to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW). The AIHW is working with the ACT to rectify and resubmit affected data. (3) No. (4) No. No funding has been provided to the ACT as a result of data found to be false. (5) The Minister and the ACT Chief Minister have met to discuss this matter. Discussions focussed on the changes the ACT Government has initiated to ensure ongoing data integrity and the significant efforts it has undertaken to meet the National Emergency Access Target.
