Senator RYAN (Victoria) (12:25): I move: That the Senate— (a) commends: (i) the Victorian Government on establishing a Code of Practice for the building and construction sector, and (ii) the Council of Australian Governments for agreeing that the heads of Treasuries conduct a review into the costs associated with construction projects; and (b) calls on the Federal Government to commit to taking the findings of any such report seriously.
