Senator Ludwig: The Minister for Health has provided the following answer to the honourable senator's question: The Department's review is considering a range of technical matters which require consultation with the Department of Human Services and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. It is anticipated that the Review will be completed by mid 2012.
