Senator Humphries asked the Minister representing the Minister for Defence, upon notice, on 9 November 2011: Have the defects reported with the Australian soldier Multicam pattern clothing, as reported in the Daily Telegraph of 19 September 2011, 'Exposed: Diggers Fighting Unholey War', been rectified as directed by the Minister for Defence Materiel in September 2011; if so, when was this completed and was the correction of these problems covered under warranty and if not under warranty, was an additional cost incurred and how much.
