Senator Johnston asked the Minister representing the Minister for Foreign Affairs, upon notice, on 17 August 2011: Further to the answer to a question (House of Representatives Hansard, 28 February 2007, p. 192) in writing, on what dates have Australian consular officials: (a) visited; or (b) otherwise had contact with, Mr Jean-Philippe Wispelaere since February 2007.
