Senator Abetz asked the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Jobs and Workplace Relations, upon notice, on 29 August 2011: In regard to Fair Work Australia, has it contracted any organisation to conduct business intelligence consulting services; if so: (a) what was the result of those services; (b) what intelligence was gathered; and (c) what was the brief for the consultancy.
