If the impact studies in the Latrobe Valley and other areas confirm a greater effect on these communities and industry than those assumed by Treasury in its modelling, will the government commit to reducing its figure of $23 a tonne to reverse the devastation caused to Australian manufacturing communities such as the Latrobe Valley?
