The answer read as follows— Fair Work Australia investigation into Health Services Union Fair Work Australia commenced investigations relating to possible breaches of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009. That inquiry is still ongoing. Consistent with the information provided to Senator Ronaldson at Senate Estimates on 30 May 2011, Fair Work Australia believes that the investigation may be finalised in the latter half of this year.
