Senator LUDWIG: I move: That, in accordance with section 10B(2) of the Health Insurance Act 1973, the Senate approves the Health Insurance (Extended Medicare Safety Net) Amendment Determination 2011 and the Health Insurance (Extended Medicare Safety Net) Amendment Determination 2011 (No. 2) made under section 10B(1) of the Act on 23 May 2011 and 1 June 2011, respectively.
