Ms LEY (Farrer—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (15:34): Mr Speaker, a personal explanation with respect to that abuse— The SPEAKER: Do you claim to be misrepresented? Ms Ley: I do, just now by the Prime Minister. That was an abuse of process— The SPEAKER: The deputy leader may proceed. Ms Ley: I submit that that was an abuse of process by the Prime Minister. In seeking to add to an answer, he needs to refer to the question. He did not refer to the question, and the purported adding to an answer was not relevant to the question. The SPEAKER: That's not a personal misrepresentation. That's just getting up and saying something in the chamber. We can't have that. Question time is not a place where you don't like something. There are standing orders for a reason. It's a point of order, not a personal explanation.
