The SPEAKER: I present the report of the Selection Committee No. 36 relating to the consideration of bills. The report will be printed in today’s Hansard. Copies of the report will be placed on the table. The report reads as follows— Report relating to private Members’ business and the consideration of bills introduced 12 to 13 October 2011 1. The committee met in private session on 12 and 13 October 2011. 2. The committee determined that the following referrals of bills to committees be made— Parliamentary Joint Committee on Corporations and Financial Services: Corporations Amendment (Future of Financial Advice) Bill 2011; Standing Committee on Economics: Tax Laws Amendment (2011 Measures No. 8) Bill 2011; and Pay As You Go Withholding Non-compliance Tax Bill 2011. 3. The committee recommends that the following items of private Members’ business listed on the notice paper be voted on: Orders of the Day Tobacco marketing (Ms Rishworth); and Disability services (Mr Neumann).
