Ms LEY (Farrer—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (15:13): Mr Speaker, I seek to make a personal explanation. The SPEAKER: Do you claim to be misrepresented? Ms LEY: I do. The SPEAKER: You may proceed. Ms LEY: Earlier, in question time, the member for Watson claimed to quote me but, in doing so, did not provide the full quote. Rather, he used a truncated version. The full quote is as follows. I want to be clear. I'm not making a political point. I simply want to read my full quote into the Hansard. I said: 'It's unsurprising they made that very modest change, lifting 15 to 20, but that's not going to make a difference. We know the effect this is going to have on small business is incredible—and also, if in fact small business supports it, why can't the Minister for Small Business name one single small business, just one? There are over two million, by the way, small businesses in the country. Just name one small business that actually supports this and thinks it will work for them.' The SPEAKER: Just for the benefit of the House, I'm always happy to hear misrepresentations. That was one going right to the wind in terms of its length, just for future reference.
