Mr ALBANESE (Grayndler—Leader of the Opposition) (15:25): I seek leave to make a personal explanation. The SPEAKER: Does the Leader of the Opposition claim to have been misrepresented? Mr ALBANESE: I do, by the minister for immigration during question time. The SPEAKER: Please proceed. Mr ALBANESE: The minister for immigration made a number of imputations in his response. The facts are these: his imputations are wrong, as demonstrated by the fact that the courts upheld his right as a minister to cancel a visa in the globally covered case around Novak Djokovic. He knows it. The whole of the parliament knows it, and he is being deliberately—deliberately—misleading in his characterisation he gave in his answer.
