Parent, single mum Sarah, who lives in Perth, has said publicly that a shock $70,000 cut to her 11-year-old autistic son's, Jonah's, NDIS plan means she'll only be able to afford a support worker once or twice a week. She's probably going to have to quit her job to care for him. Why did the Morrison government cut Jonah's plan?
