Mr GOODENOUGH (Moore) (14:47): My question is to the Treasurer, representing the Minister for Finance. Will the Treasurer outline to the House how the Morrison government is responding to recommendations from the Auditor-General in relation to future grants programs and how the present and previous Auditor-General's reports into grants programs have demonstrated the need for improvements to be applied to the Commonwealth grants guidelines? Mr Husic interjecting— The SPEAKER: If the member for Chifley wants to make a point of order, he can make it. He's not going to just sit there and bark at me. Mr Husic: Under standing order 100(b) a question that has been asked and fully answered cannot be asked twice. The SPEAKER: You better read the standing order so that you understand it. It's probably the most straightforward standing order. It needs to be identical.
