Mr PYNE (Sturt—Leader of the House and Minister for Defence Industry) (15:14): I'd ask you to consider the situation in terms of the precedent in the House of Representatives Practice because, of course, in this situation, they've acknowledged that they're not eligible to be members of parliament. As a consequence, they should not be able to use their entitlements.
