Mr SHORTEN (Maribyrnong—Leader of the Opposition) (14:22): My question is to the Prime Minister. I refer to the bank tax, which Labor will not stand in the way of, but I note concerns reported in today's media that there is a $2 billion hole in the government's bank tax. Does the Prime Minister stand by the forecasts on the bank tax, on what it will raise in the budget—a budget handed down two weeks ago? Or is his budget already falling apart? Mr Pyne interjecting— The SPEAKER: The Leader of the House will cease interjecting, or I will need to take further action. The Prime Minister has the call.
