Mr HARTSUYKER (Cowper—Assistant Minister to the Deputy Prime Minister) (16:18): by leave—I move: That, in accordance with the provisions of the National Library Act 1960, this House elects Mr Leeser to be a member of the Council of the National Library of Australia and to continue as a member for a period of 3 years from this day.
