He has already been warned. The member for Herbert has a question for me. Mr EWEN JONES: I do not expect you to have the answer here, Mr Speaker, but I would like to ask you a question. If a member of this House was subsequently found to be a shadow director of a company when he made representations in here, would he be guilty of misleading the House?
