Mr STEPHEN JONES (Throsby) (16:15): on indulgence—During a spirited but well-meaning exchange during the MPI, I was challenged by the member for Bass to name one hospital that was operating in New South Wales without a doctor. I want to take this opportunity, which is the first available opportunity, to ensure that I have not misled the House. The DEPUTY SPEAKER: You can correct the record fairly quickly. Mr STEPHEN JONES: I said during that exchange that it was Bega. In fact it was Pambula hospital, as reported on The Daily Telegraph on the first of this month.
