I refer to Dun & Bradstreet's Business Expectations Survey, which shows a significant fall for May, with a deteriorating third-quarter outlook for sales, profit, investment and employment levels, coming on the back of last week's terrible capital expenditure figures. When will the Treasurer take responsibility for the impact on the economy of his words and his policies?
