Mr SHORTEN (Maribyrnong—Leader of the Opposition) (14:57): My question is to the Minister for Communications. Minister, why are you still on the front bench? The SPEAKER: That question is not in order. Mr Burke: Madam Speaker, I rise on a point of order. Under Practice, a minister can be questioned on matters for which he or she is responsible or officially connected. If he is not responsible for his own role on the front bench, what is the point of question time at all? The SPEAKER: There is no point of order.
