Mr ANDREWS (Menzies—Minister for Social Services) (15:10): I add to my answer to the member for Jagajaga by tabling an extract from the New Zealand Ministry of Social Development's annual report for 2012-13, which shows that 39.7 per cent of applicants get work before they require a benefit.
